Бинарный вектор для клонирования фрагментов ДНК в бактериях E. coli и бактериях рода Bacillus.

В отличие от схожего вектора pCB20, pCB20 Blue может быть использована для бело-голубой селекции, т.к. содержит ген lacZα.

Проверка вставленных фрагментов может быть проведена с помощью секвенирующих праймеров M13 и KS/SK.
